When do I need a Notary?

Should you need use documents from South Africa, such as government documents, personal certificates, or education records in another country, they will likely need to be notarised by a notary public in South Africa before being accepted in the foreign country. Additionally, depending on the destination country, these notarised documents may require an apostille stamp or authentication by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), and legalisation by the foreign representative office, consulate, or embassy of the intended destination country. We help you through that process.
